The following federal entities provide regulatory oversight of the project: U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), United States Pipelines Safety Administration (PHMSA) among others.

DT Midstream and the G3 Expansion Project will closely follow FERC’s process to meet or exceed all requirements while ongoing work with local officials should ensure a smooth construction and commissioning process.
