David Slater is the executive chairman and chief executive officer of DT Midstream, Inc.  David has served as executive chairman since 2026 and chief executive officer since 2021. Prior to being appointed to executive chairman, he served as president of the company. He previously served as president and chief operating officer of DTE Gas Storage and Pipelines, a wholly-owned midstream subsidiary of DTE Energy.  David has more than 30 years of executive experience in the energy industry and has served in multi-national, investment banking and operational roles.  He is a past chairman of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America. David also is a National Association of Corporate Directors Certified Director.

Wendy Ellis is the executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of DT Midstream, Inc.  She previously served as the vice president and general counsel for the non-utility business units of DTE Energy, including its power and industrial business units, as well as its gas storage and pipeline subsidiaries.  Wendy led numerous acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures during her tenure at DTE Energy.  Earlier in her career she was in private practice at a Detroit law firm. Wendy also is a National Association of Corporate Directors Certified Director.

Chris Zona is the president and chief operating officer of DT Midstream, Inc. Chris has served as president since 2026 and chief operating officer since 2021. Prior to being appointed to president, he served as executive vice president of the company. He previously served as executive vice president of DTE Gas Storage and Pipelines, a wholly-owned midstream subsidiary of DTE Energy, where he managed key roles in commercial development, project execution and operations of the company’s natural gas related assets.  Prior to joining DTE Energy, Chris held various engineering, planning, construction and operations leadership positions for ANR Pipeline Company and SEMCO Energy Gas.

Jeff Jewell is the executive vice president and chief financial officer of DT Midstream, Inc. He previously served as vice president, treasurer and chief risk officer for DTE Energy.  Prior to that role, he was DTE Energy’s corporate controller and chief accounting officer.  His background includes financial and risk management leadership positions with Arthur Anderson and Koch Industries. Jeff also is a National Association of Corporate Directors Certified Director.

Melissa Cox is the executive vice president and chief administrative officer of DT Midstream, Inc. Melissa serves as president of the DT Midstream Foundation. Melissa leads information technology, cybersecurity, human resources, corporate and government affairs, and philanthropy. Prior to this role, Melissa served in several leadership positions throughout her career including vice president of Information Technology at DT Midstream.  Her experience spans automotive, banking, and energy industries and has focused on innovative solutions that accelerate time to value.
